To bring together key clientele and partners from UK and International destinations, to educate on core values, core missions and core business initiatives that will propel their partners and customers into the future of business success. The motto for this year’s conference was: Getting back to Innovation.

With delegates arriving from both UK and International destinations, this was the first time this event has been help in over 10 years. As such, it was important to bring together partners and delegates to establish relationships and network throughout the entirety of the event. The ‘Partner Pavilion’ provided an ideal setting in which to do this, with catering breaks taking place in this vast flexible space. The agenda provided plenary sessions interspersed with a variety of simultaneously run syndicates, allowing delegates to tailor their own agenda to their specific requirements and interests.
Key clientele arrived on Tuesday night to a private dining experience, held at the venues own Asian fusion cuisine. After the first event day a Drinks Reception followed by Gala Dinner was held, which included some fantastic singing entertainment.
We provided a full event management service, from initial concept right through to execution and post-event reconciliation. Following our venue find, we liaised with the venue on a daily basis, ensuring all logistical information was covered and every element was in place ready for the event days. We introduced a number of different suppliers, including bringing in an external internet provider, mobile charging stations, photography, entertainment and audio visual support.
On site we provided a team of six, who oversaw the delivery of the venue, catering and suppliers, as well as managing the registration process and ‘information desk’, in addition to the flow of the delegates and partners. Negotiating best rates and keeping within budget was a key focus of ours, whilst ensuring our client value for money and a personalised service throughout.
The feedback from both partners and delegates was extremely positive and both felt the event provided fantastic networking opportunities and education. As a result, our client is looking to increase the number of delegates attending in 2017, in addition to an increase in partners. Avenue have been invited back to manage this event next year.
