Listening to our specific requirements is a vital process in finding the right venue for our events, and I find Avenue Events not only listen, but are creative in their proposals every year.A Happy Client
The attendees are chosen to attend the incentive based on their performance in all areas of their role throughout the year. The aim is to motivate and reward employees across all areas of the company.
Europe (new destination each year), within 3 hours flight time from London
Employees across all departments are eligible to qualify for entry into the Presidents’ Club, provided they satisfy the individual criteria. The brief determined a good mixture between activities and relaxation time for all guests including lunches and dinners at both the hotel and off-site. In the lead up to the programme, mail teasers were sent pre-event with full programme schedules and on-site reminders to follow.
Avenue Events was challenged to propose a selection of destinations within 3 hours flight time from London. We were then tasked with securing a hotel property and crafting a tailor-made programme consisting of activities and dining experiences that were typical of the area.
Management of this event included daily liaison with international suppliers, organising all aspects of the event including activities, food, beverage, transport, flights and accommodation. We provided a full event management service, which included budget management, bill handling/payments and reconciliation of all costs.
Highly motivated employees feel rewarded and recognised for their hard work throughout the year, by being chosen for the Presidents’ Club Annual Retreat.
2014 – Dubrovnik
Staying at the five-star Radisson Blu Hotel and Resort, the group experienced Dubrovnik both from land (challenges around the city) and sea (boating tour of the Elaphite Islands). Dubrovnik’s annual festival was on at this time, which made for an even greater atmosphere around the city.
2015 – Gibraltar
Staying at the beautiful Sunborn Hotel, the group had the chance to visit St Michael’s Cave, go up Gibraltar Rock and tour the town centre. Along the way they ate at some of the best restaurants Gibraltar has to offer.
