This annual event brings together the entire division for a company update in a conference style format for 200 people. After lunch, the format of the day changed to a team building focus with an element of fun. Challenged with tailoring activities to suit different abilities, the aim was to focus on communication and working as a team.
‘Money Bonanza’ was a great activity, playing for fun money, teams had to win as much money as possible from the activities and games they participated in, testing leadership, motivation and delegation skills. The evening was a more relaxed affair with a dinner banquet, an awards ceremony, all followed by the country’s best live Karaoke band!
Full event management, budget management, venue sourcing, supplier liaison/negotiation, registration and delegate management, transportation and logistics, production, room dressing, furniture hire, menu design, bespoke branding, design and print, guest handling, payments, entertainment sourcing, and contract management.
