Samsung UK Management and Sales and Marketing team to host Key UK buyers to the Samsung HQ European Forum event in Monaco, followed by a private and exclusive Samsung UK presentation complete with 1-2-1 opportunity for business sessions, product reveal and social evening event programme in beautiful Monaco.
From the initial brief, research suitable flight, hotel and social elements, design, plan and execute the website and invite process allowing for a rolling attendance. Full logistical planning for all transport, accommodation, meeting space, restaurants and venues for all dining aspects.
Design and build of a Samsung dedicated hub, complete with a stage for presentation, seating and buffet areas for all dining requirements; breakfast, lunch, drinks receptions and general refreshment areas throughout the event. All branding and signage for the delegate experience from the pre-built registration desk on site, agendas, menus, general signage and banners.
Avenue handled all the elements for this event from pre-flight arrangements; car parking, airport hotel, flight, hotel and transport management in Monaco, shuttle transport and access to the Forum, meeting space and layouts, Design and Build, co-ordinate and communicate the meeting schedules for the customer and Samsung staff members. All written communication process for pre-event travel and on site and content and management for the website.
Provide on-site support team and dedicated Account Director and management from commencement of the event through to final reconciliation and de brief UK meeting. A variety of exceptional dinner venues to include the famous Cafe de Paris with table plan, enhanced lighting and decor for the room and table centre pieces provided a special and memorable evening.
A hugely successful event that ensured the customer felt valued by Samsung UK, the opportunity for Samsung to present the key messages in an exclusive environment with sales targets exceeding all expectations during the event.
