To host a unique one night dining experience for Samsung UK management and their carefully selected key customers who were in attendance for the Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas. The CES show hosts 100,000 visitors in town during this period.

To research venues away from the downtown hugely lively strip in Las Vegas. Venue brief was to capture a unique setting and one that was unlikely to have been used by any other UK Consumer Electronics company. To create an event experience from conception to completion that ensured the guests felt special and valued by Samsung.


Research process to find the right venue, guest registration web site, build and customisation of on-line invite booking system to capture attendance, dietary and transport requirements.

Exclusive entrance to a VIP venue for a private drinks reception at the Palazzo Hotel prior to taking the guests by luxury coach to dinner (thirty minutes off the strip) to the exquisite setting of the Western Lake Las Vegas resort, complete with outdoor private patio for a drinks reception with full open bar and passed canapés, fire performer, full creative decor to include unique ambience lighting to the patio area, adjoining beach and lake view. Exclusive private dinner venue with seven culinary dinner courses to delight the guests and a well known local Las Vegas magician to entertain during dinner.


A successful, unique guest experience that ensured a close collaboration between the Samsung management team and their key clients in a special relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Las Vegas.
